Reality Gaming Sponsors

Reality Gaming changed ownership in January 2007 after being purchased from Adam Robertson. The new change of ownership saw Reality Gaming go into new directions; becoming a game server provider (GSP) and providing competitions.

Reality Gaming was one of the leading game server providers when it came to quality even if it was not the cheapest. After our host at the time changed ownership Reality Gaming lost the quality we had in our servers before. We moved hosts once again but we could still not get back the quality we had when we started as a Game Server Provider. Reality Gaming was a GSP for 12 months before this part of Reality Gaming was closed.

In those same 12 months Reality Gaming attempted to host a Counter-Strike: Source competition. The first half of the competition ran well until the break for the Anything Interactive National Cup (AINC) 2007. After this event a lot of teams died and Reality Gaming decided it best to abandon the competition. Although Reality Gaming had plans to attempt to run another competition the server issues kept staff busy along with resource shortages.

The Amateur Online Gaming Network (AOGN) was founded by Byron "Byza" Barker and Adrian "Cxbyo" Ranieri and David "Dora" Antoney. AOGN was a Counter-Strike: Source competition for amateur teams, the first season held midway through 2007 ran successfully with support from Reality Gaming. Planning for season 2 was underway when discussions between Byron "Byza" Barker and Clinton "crunchie" Bunch for a merge began, after successful talks AOGN merged with Reality Gaming. S

Season 2 is currently underway, with Finals happening in the next two weeks. The Competition Team has confirmed that Season 3 planning is already underway.
