mIRC is chat program that gamers all over the world use to communicate between each other. mIRC operates on a "real time" basis meaning that all activities conducted on IRC happen as they occur in "real time" as opposed to them being staged. Each mIRC server has it's own particular discussion or topic, these servers are also broken down into what we call "channels". These channels are similar to a chat room where hundreds of people can communicate with each other.

The acronym "IRC" means Inter Relay Chat, the application most commonly used for this is mIRC. There are a few other programs to be used but mIRC is the preferred choice by the majority of gamers.

How to Practice

Practicing is the difference between a win and a loss, yet so many people underestimate it. So many players believe that if you stick together long enough, everything will just fall in place. After talking to quite a few decent players in this source community, I decided to make my own article and contribute to the community a little bit more. This is intended to the Amateur teams, but even some of the intermediate teams could take something out of this.
